I need bisophanates but am so frightened of the side effects of osteonecrosis of the jaw, thrombosis, stroke, bone cancer etc how common are these?
Not so common: And much less common than the dread complications of osteoporosis. I'm not impressed with what I've read about the stroke or cancer risk; good oral hygiene and early recognition should help with the uncommon jaw osteonecrosis.
