While some of the substances are present in a healthy diet, there is actually no reason you should be taking them in the form of a supplement. Multiple meds: That is a big load of meds. Some, such as Vitamin D, do not need a prescription or blood test. Over-the counter vitamin D is inexpensive and does not need a prescription. Even better it is already in your milk and you don't really need to buy Vitamin D separately. Do you really need all the others? Look up "NuVal" on the web and see what foods are best for you rather than meds. ...Read more

Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Should be fine: I don't see any significant problems taking all of these supplements. If you have any side effects, however, it may be a challenge to know which is the culprit. Typically, side effects from these are minimal or not existent. If you are taking the prilosec due to the others causing GI complaints, you may want to reconsider this strategy. ...Read more

Xeloda-oxali: You may want to stop your multivitamins while you are on Xeloda as Folic Acid may exgerate side effect of xeloda. You also need to have your vitamin d level checked and take a supplement if the level is low as vitamin d deficiency may affect the response to chemotherapy. ...Read more

Safe but: why do you need so many supplements. If you are taking a mixed diet, , none of the supplements other than vitamin D3 are doing you any good.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Fruits & veggies have a complex mix of hundreds of phytonutrients like carotenoids, flavonols & anthocyanins that aren't found in vitamin supplements.
