Likely more healthy: There have not been health outcomes studies done with air fried potatoes. It is likely more healthy to eat this than deep fried potatoes. You'd want to oil used to be heat stable so not to make trans fats. ...Read more

Only if splashed: This can occur if you get a direct splash from the oil that hits your eyes. BURN: You certainly have al the classic signs and symptoms of a BURN form the deep fryer incident.
