5 failed IUI with letrozole, mild endo removed by laparoscopy, one miscarriage but conceived naturally after 2 yrs. IVF next or Iui with injectables?
No more IUI: Since you've failed 5 IUIs, it is no longer a good option for you, especially for someone with endometriosis. One reason patients with endometriosis not able to conceive naturally, is because the endometriosis will cause pelvic adhesion and tubal dysfunction. IVF is a much better option. If you are afraid of using drugs, you may choose natural cycle IVF or mild stimulation IVF. ...Read more
Talk to surgeon: You need to ask your myomectomy surgeon as he/she will know how deeply into the uterine musculature the cuts were done to remove the fibroid(s). The repair of the uterine defect(s) determines how long it takes to heal based upon the extensiveness of the surgery and how soon you can get pregnant and carry a child without uterine rupture. ...Read more
What would IVF success rates be for a 37 yr old after previous laparoscopic myomectomy and ectopic pregnancy with resulting salpingectomy?
Should not matter: Your previous surgeries should not be a factor in an ivf cycle. Success will depend on the experience of the clinic, the skill of the embryologist, quality of the ivf lab and to some extend, whether you are "reproductively young or reproductively old". At 37, you should still have good success rates at an experienced and successful ivf clinic. Good luck. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Is conception after endometrial ablation & tubal ligation possible & safe if still having normal periods?
Possible....: But not likely. The tubal ligation blocks your tubes so hopefully the egg and sperm don't meet. The ablation attempts to destroy the lining of the uterus so your periods are lighter. We don't recommend pregnancy after an ablation because the risk of miscarriage is so high. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Genrally not: There is always the chance that if you received HCG trigger shot and you released some eggs, there is the possibility that pregnancy could occur.
