Possible blocked tub: A hysteroscopy tells whether the fallopian tubes which travel from the uterus to the ovaries are open. You have had 3 prior pregnancies. So at least in the past they were open. A sometime consequence of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease is that it can scar the tubes and the eggs cannot travel from the ovary down to the womb and implant and grow.
