Yes: If the bilirubin is going up, then the liver is obstructed and cannot get rid of it and. Is failing but can be fixed perhaps by putting a tube through to the intestines.

Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
