It is most likey: A folliculitis if they r like small pimples. That's my best guess, keep clean with soap and water 2x per day and a form of antibiotic cream. I like a silver based cream because it takes care of fungus as well, but mix that with the Hydrocortisone cream. If not getting better u may need oral antibiotics. Good luck. ...Read more

Until u get in: Try lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream mixed with hydrocortisone, it could be a simple fungal infection. The ob/gyn fosters these complaints frequently so that would also be a good resource. One trick is to apply Hydrocortisone cream then apply gold bond powder instead of lotrimin (clotrimazole). Don't douche: First don't douche. The vagina does a great job cleaning itself and you don't need to douche. Douching will only make the healthy normal flora of the vagina off. Second the two most common causes of itching are contact dermatitis and yeast infection. If you are using any new products then stop doing so and see if this makes a difference. ...Read more
