Pruritis: Could be several things. Commonly fungus ( jock itch) would be helped by diaper cream. Also possible allergy based so Benadryl could alleviate the itching. Other causes, such as neuropathic itching from spinal nerve impingement requires examination. For 6 yrs now, I been experiencing itchy, painful, irritated and tingling red spots with white coating on my tongue. It appears for many weeks on different areas of my tongue then clears up & returns?

If so, they're overactive sebaceous glands, which may be itchy at times, but may be further irritated by shaving. If the hairs are present, they could be sebaceous glands or scabies... White spots on hands: Do you have exposure to chemicals or foliage? Could be contact dermatitis or eczema. Alternatively could be fungal, though that is less common.
