Pruritis: Could be several things. Commonly fungus ( jock itch) would be helped by diaper cream. Also possible allergy based so Benadryl (diphenhydramine) could alleviate the itching. Other causes, such as neuropathic itching from spinal nerve impingement requires examination. Here are some...: Are you sure that scrotal itchy spots are related with skin fungal infection? If not improving under fluconazole as expected, try applying topical cream with anifungal agent with 1% hydrocortison gingerly 1-2 times daily and keep the affected area as clean & dry as possible without using much soap or cleansing soap since contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, & dermatomycosis are common ...Read more

White spots on hands: Do you have exposure to chemicals or foliage? Could be contact dermatitis or eczema. Alternatively could be fungal, though that is less common.
