Pruritis: Could be several things. Commonly fungus ( jock itch) would be helped by diaper cream. Also possible allergy based so Benadryl (diphenhydramine) could alleviate the itching. Other causes, such as neuropathic itching from spinal nerve impingement requires examination. Marine Fish Oil: Check w/your doc to make sure you don't have a fungus, which he/she can easily treat. If you have dry skin there you may have it on hand, feet, face, or other parts, especially in winter. 3 tblsp. Of olive oil daily can lubricate from the inside. You can also use 3 tblsp. Coconut oil.
