Consider fungus: Without actually laying eyes on the rash and examining it properly, it's nearly impossible to tell for sure. But one thing that pops into my head is the possibility of a fungal infection. The places you are having the rash are places that are prone to chafing and/or lingering perspiration, which can be breeding grounds for a fungal infection. Many possibilities: Any of several skin conditions could cause this. Although people often assume insect bites, it's an uncommon cause. But I do wonder about scabies, or perhaps pubic lice (crabs).
