Dermatologist: Your cluster of symptoms points to a systemic disease condition. Recommend that you consult a dermatologist promptly.
Need for evaluation: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. What is the size, distribution, state of surrounding skin, vesicle formation, any systemic disorders? If the rash does not subside in a couple of days, it would be prudent to consult your doctor.

Folliculitis: You might be describing folliculitis. Check out http://www. Mayoclinic. Org/diseases-conditions/folliculitis/basics/definition/con-20025909 then go see your Family Doc or Dermatologist for diagnosis & treatment.
Itchy bumps: Red, itchy bumps may be a contact reaction to something, could be insect bites, could be any number of things. Unfortunately it is hard to know without seeing them. You could try some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and fragrance free moisturizer and see if that helps. If it does great, if not and it isn't going away, seems to be spreading, or really bothering her you will want to bring her to her doctor.

I've had a bump on my chest for a while now and now I have three of them. They are bright red and are itchy. I noticed one of my elbow last week.
Likely benign: Could be hair follicles underneath the skin (folliculitis)....Although if the one on the elbow is related then, who knows....Unless you have hairy elbows....At any rate, just keep them cleansed with neutral and water for the time being and get an appointment with your doctor to make sure they don't need treatment.See 1 more doctor answer

Dermatographism: This is a heightened sensitivity of your skin and an allergic type reaction to something internal or external. Stimuli could be foods, medications, temperature, etc. Often the inciting cause is unknown. If you cannot get relief with antihistamines like benadryl (causes drowsiness) or claritin (nondrowsy), consult an allergist who may prescribe atarax (hydroxyzine) as well as attempt to determine the cause
