I have a small itchy vein in my anus and when i defecate it itches after i wipe and clean it. What is it?

Show a doctor now: Red streaks could indicate an 'uncontrolled' infection - such as if the clindamycin is not strong enough or the infection is resistant to the drug. Alternatively, if you have itchiness - it could be a drug rash. The best way to decide is to show this to a doc. Dry skin: My guess - pure guess - is that the skin overlying your veins itch - likely due to dry skin. "allergic" involvement of veins - actually immunologic involvement of veins is called vasculitis. The symptoms are bruising, burning & possibly pain. Sometimes: Normally we would not expect the veins in the breast to hurt or be swollen. However, a swollen painful vein could be nothing more than enlargement during the menstrual cycle which doesn't apply to you if you have had a hysterectomy. I hv pop up a vein on my forehead left side,no headache no pain but once I touch it gets bit itchy ?
Normal vein: Sometimes you will have these veins that will pop up and then they will go down again as well. They usually are nothing bad and do not cause that much of a problem. They seldom cause any severe pain but they do get itchy due to the skin being stretched and the blood flow in the area. Just ignore unless it causes a lot of pain or drains. Good Luck. ...Read more
