Stop all treatment: Oral sex is safe sex -- not completely risk free, but low risk for all STDs and zero for several. Any infection from that exposure that could have caused urethral itching would have been cured by one or more of the antibiotics you took. Not herpes. NGU?: If the oral partner doesn't have a visible oral herpes outbreak, the chance of HSV transmission from any single exposure is probably one in 1000 or even lower. Herpes doesn't cause "itchy urethra" as the only symptom, and herpes symptoms never last for a month. So for sure not herpes.
