My vulva is very itchy at times. I did feel a tiny pimple and now its gone. Its slightly swollen. Is there any OTC creams that i could try?

Try...: Vagisil or Replens to help with the dryness and itchiness. If this does not help the symptoms in a few days, I would recommend an evaluation with a gynecologist to determine if you have a yeast or other vaginal infection. Many possibilities: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Allergic reaction: I agree that you should never use coconut oil as a vaginal lubricant. I suggest careful washing with baby soap to remove any remnants and then use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and topical 1% hydro cortisone to the external vaginal area. See your GYN on Monday. Stop th Monistst and use Sitz baths ( 2 lbs of epsom salts in 6-8 inches of warm water, for 15 minutes 3-4 times a day. ...Read more
