Strained BM now with itchy bumps around rectum but not coming out of anus that are tender. now also have swollen inguinal node since this. what is it?

Try moistening the toilet paper a bit with some water (cold, not hot) and wipe thoroughly; also, try and push inside a bit to clean out that rim.
