I always get brouses on my knees accept this time it got swollen , red , hot to touch, and itchy , it has been 5 days like this. What could it be?

Sounds like eczema: Ankles & behind the knees are common places for eczema. Most of the time, eczema flares in the winter when it's cold and dry, but can flare in the spring & summer.
