I noticed a lump at the end of my rt clavicle where it meets my sternum. I noticed it because the area has been itchy all day.
Lump at sternum: May be a bite, allergic reaction of unclear origin, bump due to itching , itching from prickly heat, ringworm w/ itching (fungus) but also must consider lesions in the lung/breast, check CXR, mammogram. See a doctor: With flu like symptoms and a rash, I would seek urgent evaluation. I would at least call your doctor or go to an Urgent Care center. When you say 'flu like' -those symptoms can include fever--so that is what has raised my alarm. There must be more to your history to help figure this out. Swelling concern: Itching can be from rash or dry skin. The selling can be primary or secondary. If it secondary to itching that is ok and treatable with cream.
