Stop the medication: Hello, by "BP" I assume you are referring to a blood pressure medication. Any time you develop suspected side effects to a new medication, you should immediately stop that medication. This may represent an allergic drug reaction. Photo or exam: If these are bumps in the skin of your cheek they may be infected skin follicles - but a photo or physical exam would help define what they may be. If they are fluid filled it's possible they would benefit from drainage, but the first step is to make a diagnosis. Allergic rash? : This sounds like some kind of allergic rash. Could be secondary to something topical on the skin, like a dye or perfume in a topical product, especially if you have an abrupt "line" along jaw where rash stops. Up the treatment: I see in your medication list that you are taking Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) an h1 antihistamine, and were prescribed a steroid cream. You can try an over the counter h2 antihistamine Loratadine along with the above.
