Dermatitis: Sounds like dermatitis. You may have an allergy to one of the metals in your ring (often it's to nickel, which is in many metals used for inexpensive jewellery). Doubtful but: Skin rash can be caused by many things including viral infections other than HIV. You did not mention whether you have had unprotected sex during the past 40 weeks and thus a negative test at 27 weeks cannot tell you whether you have contracted HIV or not. Red oozing bumps: You may have hand dermatitis which is a form of excema. It is made worse by washing your hands alot. You need to see a dermatologist to see if I am right and to have it treated with prescriptions creams.
