Multiple problems: Not sure that all of these are related. If you truly have one side of your face drooping and have lost hearing then you need to be checked for an acoustic neuroma. Depends: Cold exposure can do it; dry skin can; and (obviously) an allergic reaction can. For the first two, usually a moisturizer will help improve it. The allergy needs the triggering item removed to resolve--review what goes on your face (soaps, colognes, shaving, etc.)--if any new ones, stop for a couple days and see if feeling resolves. Non specific: Very young babies don't even know where there face is. They are constantly exploring and grabbing. So they grab and scratch.
