I'm not 100% clear ?: on what it is that you would like to know, but I think you are concerned that your itching and back pain are potentially related to hypothyroidism. That is a legitimate concern if your hair is especially thin and brittle, if you have very dry skin, and if your depressive symptoms have worsened despite medication. Dermititiis: You could have eczema, seborrhea, atopic or other form of dandruff. If you scratch it it will tind to worsen and flake as well as get infected. That will cause the swollen lymph node. Multiple problems: Not sure that all of these are related. If you truly have one side of your face drooping and have lost hearing then you need to be checked for an acoustic neuroma. This could be part of the problem You need to see your doc soon. I am not sure about the lump on the back of neck but this needs checked out as well. ...Read more

Dandruff?: Try washing your scalp frequently, daily would not be too much. It may take a few months of this, on regular basis for the scalp to be healthy and the lymph nodes to regress. ...Read more
