Unlikely: These symptoms can be interpreted many ways, but if leukemia were present (which is very improbable) the symptoms would not improve, but get progressively worse. Sounds as if you have been reading texts looking for a diagnosis and are learning that there is more to medical practice than is written down. See a good clinician.
