Last few weeks i have been getting really itchy skin to the point im covered in bruises no signs of rash no lifestyle changes the bruises are painful?

Unlikely: These symptoms can be interpreted many ways, but if leukemia were present (which is very improbable) the symptoms would not improve, but get progressively worse.
