You need a complete allergy panel specifically for the area you live in. You should request skin and blood allergy testing. Have you tried Atarax (hydroxyzine) pills for itching? How about steroid injections every three months. Acupuncture? Acupressure? A daily anti-histamine won't hurt. Also consider cutting out gluten and monitor for any improvement.
