My face skin reacts and gets red and itchy after every facial moisturizer I use. Can skin adjust to something that might initially irritate it? Should I give the moisturizers more time to see if my skin calms down to adjust? Is this possible?

Hydration: Drinking more water will not repair skin cracks or make skin moister.
