Hard to say: Being pregnant does not protect you from getting a skin rash and in fact makes you more likely to get strange skin rash. It is however not normal. If it is a raised welt which goes away after a few hours, then consider taking an antihistamine. There is no way to tell at this time whether this is from an allergic reaction or not unless you have noted such an association (food , pet etc) ...Read more
