Scrotal irritation: This may simply be from friction or can be due to a yeast infection of the scrotal skin. Keep the area clean and dry, and apply a cream like lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone) which has antiyeast action as well as corticosteroid to relieve itching and inflammation.
