Tried New body wash ~2-3 days ago but haven't used since. Yesterday & today red spots Itchy rash on parts of body I used the wash. Could it be that?
Yes: It is possible to be allergic to chemicals in a soap or detergent. If the areas of the itchy spots match the areas you washed, then it is likely. Treatment is to avoid re-exposure. A hydrocortison skin cream (OTC) can help, or if it's worse, see your doctor for a stronger prescription.See 1 more doctor answer

Antihistamines: Hives tend to move and migrate, come an go, are itching, and usually don't last for more than 24 hours. 1st generation antihistamines will work the fastest, such as benadryl (diphenhydramine). For longer lasting effect, taking a daily 2nd generation antihistamine such as zyrtec, claritin, or allergra will be helpful. If they persist, seeing an allergist would be helpful for prescription medications and work up.
