I am not dr berry: Well I am not your dr berry. But sounds like your skin is getting a little razor burn. Must be going close to the scalp when you are getting shaved. We see this very often and people in your occupation because recurrent contact with water and soaps and detergents and so forth. No: In fact atopic eczema and psoriasis are nearly 180 degree opposite to each other in term of the immune reactions. Cortisone is a non-specific anti-inflammatory agent which however may help both conditions although better and safer alternatives may be required.
