The fact that you are breaking out at night and early morning maskesme suspect the clothes. Another possibility is that of a heat rash. Exposed?: Usually, you will know if you've been exposed to someone with scabies, they will have a persistent itchy rash. Could also be flea bites or bedbugs. See your doctor and get checked. Contact dermatitis?: Have you changed laundry detergents or fabric softeners recently? You are describing the itching in areas that are in close contact with your clothes so that would be my first thought. Weather changes, dry skin, harsh soaps can also cause dry itchy skin.
