Hello, There is a small grey crust-like growth between my anus and scrotum (right in the middle) that is itchy about once a day. Usually it's not itchy, but becomes itchy if I accidentally rub or scratch that area. I also have an area of red bumps/patche
I have a red rash of some sort between my scrotum and leg. It is on my leg tho. Red in color with red bumps and is very itchy.

Try using a mild soap like dove (white). Detergent like all free clear. Trying yourself well after you bathe. .. And maybe some over-the-counter cortisone cream. It could be...: Athlete's foot. The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra. Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well.
