I have had a very itchy rash on the back of my right hand for the past several days. Its a cluster of raised red bumps. Any ideas for relief?

Try hydrocortisone

try over the counter hydrocortisone cream. Contact allergy, insect bites and the like will generally respond. If the rash looks infected however, the cream will not help.

Extremely dry itchy fingers and palm, with little red bumps that kill and clear fluid draining. what condition is it and how can I help it?

Dyshidrosis

This is dyshidrotic dermatitis, which was called "housewife's eczema" back in the old male chauvinist pig days. Common triggers are hand washing, cleaning chemicals, and stress. You need a prescription-strength cortisone cream, which you can get from your doctor or a dermatologist, and you need to protect your hands with gloves and otherwise avoid whatever is triggering it, to the extent possible.

Should I be concerned about non itchy red bumps on hands and feet?

Have it evaluated.

Open-uri20140316-23480-qqufmm
There are many types and causes of skin rashes. Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.
