Molluscum?: This is suspicious for molluscum contagiosum, a minor viral infection. "Jock itch" appearance doesn't fit well, but "fleshy bumps" is suspicious, especially if shiny pink and some have dimples in the center. (Google for photos.) Sounds like hives: Urticaria, hives, are caused by exposure to something the body responds to in an allergic response. Pink raised areas that blanch when pressed, itchy is a typical hive. Anxiety can also be a cause. It could be from something that came in contact with upper thighs, perhaps new pants, new detergent, new scent. Most cases, cause not found. Rx with antihistamines.
