I have patches of an itchy rash on arms and legs. When it started i thought it was ringworm but none of the OTC meds have worked. I have pics. Ideas?

Different causes: There are different causes of this type of rash includung allergy to foods, medications, etc. Have a physician or dermatologist evaluate the rash if still present. In the meantime if you're uncomfortable you could take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for the itch but be aware that it can cause drowsiness. Mgt: From your description there may be an allergic reaction. I would advise letting your PCP know and a dose of over the counter children's anti histamine such as Claritin (loratadine) may be used.
