Itchy Rash With Bumps Really Itchy At Night On Shins And Forearms
Possobly hives: If the itchy bumps go away in 24 hrs, and then come back; or they have an appearance of " moving around", they are probably hives. But there are a lot of skin rashes looking like itchy bumps, like bug bites.... Better to consult a dermatologist or allergist to make a diagnosis.See 1 more doctor answer

Itchy skin turns into fast spreading rash like bumps when scratched. Both arms and right leg. Do have allergies & asthma. Not on meds for allergies.
Happy to help.: There are a couple of possibilities. First, dermatographism is a condition where scratching or marking the skin causes hives. Second, hives can arise without scratching as well. Antihistamines like Zyrtec/Allegra can help. If this persists, I'd recommend seeing an allergist who can allergy test you and help determine if other conditions are present.See 1 more doctor answer

May be fungus/yeast: It is very difficult to diagnose any kind of rash in genital area without looking at it. My guess is that it is a fungus or yeast infection. Try any antifungal like Monistat-derm. Follow the directions of using it properly and if not better in a week, see a Dermatologist if you can or see a family doctor.See 1 more doctor answer
Many possibilities: There are many things that could cause the skin to itch. Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

There are lots...: ...Of possibilities, but this time of year it is most likely to be an allergic response to something that came in contact with your arms, such as poison ivy, particularly if you've been working in the garden or camping or clearing weeds. Over-the-counter creams are too weak for such rashes, so let a dermatologist give you a precise diagnosis and treatment.See 1 more doctor answer
See derm: Consult a dermatologist to find out. It is difficult to tell what they may be without a more detailed history and direct examination.
A few possibilities: Genital skin rashes like this are pretty common. Mostly not serious. Some common ones are lichen planus, lichen sclerosis, psoriasis, eczema, and others. You'll need to see a doctor in person for accurate diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime, it's not likely to be serious. Good luck!
