Happy to help.: There are a couple of possibilities. First, dermatographism is a condition where scratching or marking the skin causes hives. Second, hives can arise without scratching as well. May be fungus/yeast: It is very difficult to diagnose any kind of rash in genital area without looking at it. My guess is that it is a fungus or yeast infection. A few possibilities: Genital skin rashes like this are pretty common. Mostly not serious. Some common ones are lichen planus, lichen sclerosis, psoriasis, eczema, and others.
