No: you should have no problems with your baby if you had an allergic reaction to penicillin. You may tell the PCP in the future that you had a reaction if they want to give the infant amoxicillin but probably no problem with the baby. ...Read more

PUPPP: Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy. Very itchy rash (pruritic) begins in stretch marks on belly with small, red wheals that grow together and over several days, the rash spreads to thighs, arms, & buttocks.
