Rashes need exam for: diagnosis. Since it is not itchy or red and located just on the back, it does not sound like allergic reaction or viral exanthema. A common cause of papules on the back is miliaria, or heat rash, which is caused by blocked sweat pores. Rash not cat allergy: If it doesn't itch it's not an allergic rash. The other possibility is that the antihistamines are strong enough to suppress itching but not the rash. Try stopping the antihistamine. If the rash continues to appear and becomes itchy, then yes, it could be the cat. You will want to see a health care professional at that point. ...Read more

Dermatitis: Is he using a condom? It could be a latex allergy. Are you using a lubricant? It could be an irritant dermatitis due to this. Sometimes, the seminal fluids can be irritating on their own, so maybe he is reacting to your seminal fluid.
