Folliculitis?: Herpes typically presents as a cluster of vesicles (filled with clear fluid that eventually scab over). A first episode can be more extensive and sore, but thighs and belly button sounds more like folliculitis. Folliculitis is a bacterial infection of the follicles. Fleas: Where are you when you get bit. It could be fleas or possibly bed bugs. If you are in your bed when this occurs try washing your bed clothes and treating your room for insects. Not everyone is allergic to fleas but if you are they could cause the symptoms you are describing. ...Read more

Here are some...: Have these pustules happened to the same location or uncertain? If same along long run, clearly they are pressure- or friction-related.
