Itchy bumps: Bay City, MI is a nice place - enjoy! With the itchy white bumps you could contact your primary doctor or, in my opinion better still, please go to the Pharmacist and they will almost certainly recommend something to control your buttocks etc. I don't think you will need a prescription.
