Yeast infection?: The single most common cause of such symptoms is candidiasis (yeast infection, thrush). If so, it seems more severe than average. Herpes might be possible if you are sexually active. Scabies rarely occurs in these locations, but might be possible if you have typical scabies elsewhere (hands, elbows, waist, etc). More info; get check: Any anorectal coitus? Possible irritation or even early herpes infection. Any constipation or hemorrhoid history? That could be a factor. Any recent yeast discharge with vsginal symptoms as well. An in-person exam sounds warranted, especially STD is a possibility. Hope that helps. ...Read more
