Steroid: try to put a steroid cream OTC . If it gets better it's most likely allergy related. If it gets worse it's most likely fungal. Then apply an antifungal cream OTC. If not better you will need to see a Dr. For allergy related symptoms you can take an Allegra or Zyrtec OTC. ...Read more

Bruise: It is difficult to ascertain the nature of this rash just by description obviously, but it sounds to me as if you have what is called a "purpuric" rash along with scattered petechiae. Dermatitis: Sounds like you have a dermatitis (not otherwise specified) and an exam would define it more specifically. Most dermatitis like, itchy skin eruptions can be treated with a topical steroid and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as an antihistamine (which can also help with the itch). If severe, then get derm eval.
