Rash on outside of both elbows over last 2 weeks. Red, painful & itchy. Last few months I reduced wheat from my diet. Related?
Unlikely: It sounds possibly like psoriasis. Try tar soap. Take a picture and show your doctor. There are other possibilities. All the best.
6 very red, raised painful blisters on elbow. Not itchy, feels like a burn. Happened once before in exact same spot, went away by itself. What is it?
viral infection: A recurrent eruption of tender small vesicles on the same area is most likely herpes simplex. If you have a prodrome of sensation in the area prior to tha appearance of the eruption it is most likely. There are medications for this. See your dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Hyperkeratosis: When skin thickens on the elbows and knees it gets bumpy, rough and sometimes itch. This is best treated with a skin exfoliating cream. There are over-the-counter creams with 12% ammonium lactate to start with. However, sometimes you may need a prescription cream to help those really stubborn spots.
Allergic dermatitis?: If its recent and itching most common is atopic dermatitis, try some steroid creams for few days. If not improving see s dermatologist.

Rash: There are a number of possibilities for this. An intercrural dermatitis is one. This may be related to heat and sweating. Are there any rashes in other places? Has there been contact with an allergen such as sumac or poison ivy? Often the treatment is a topical steroid as the cause may be illusive.
Rash: Any skin condition is difficult to identify without seeing it or having more history. What does it look like? Is it red? Flad/raised? Etc. It could be that your knees have come into contact with something and is showing an allergic reaction.
