Intertrigo: Skin can develop a rash when 2 skin surfaces touch and sweat builds up allowing growth of yeast or bacteria. Treat by keeping area clean and most of all dry. Change sports bra immediately after exercise and shower. Wear good support bra during day and possibly at night. Apply baby powder to area to keep dry. Topical antifungal cream may help, too. Atypical for yeast: These are not typical symptoms for yeast, which doesn't cause enlarged lymph nodes or pevlic tenderness -- but both may depend on exactly where the discomfort is located. Other infections are more likely; or a non-infectious cause. Herpes or another STD might be possible, but of course only if you are at risk (new or unsafe partner, etc). Maybe razor burn: Insure you use fresh, sharp blades vice dull blades. If hair is > several mm long – then trim before shaving. Wash area before shaving – warm water helps to soften hair.
