See a physician: Nothing against chiropractors but the rash and lymph nodes are not in their field of expertise and should be evaluated by a physician. If the chiropractor has been unable to help with the neck and shoulder discomfort I would take any imaging he/she has done and seek an opinion for an orthopedic doctor. Work with your doctor:
Combiderm consists of Betamethasone Dipropionate, Clotrimazole, Gentamicin. Take some pictures of your rash. Then use cream as directed by GP for 2 weeks.
