Why is the mole on my right side of my face growing bigger? It's not painful nor itchy, just growing

Depends on path: As described this is usually a seborrheic keratosis a benign lesion that grows with age but you need to have it evaluated by dermatologist or primary care. Would be more concerned if it is bleeding, ulcerating, variegated or has irregular borders

Changes to mole: 1. Please let your parents know about this. 2. It may just be irritated but can't say for sure without medical examination.

I have a scaly itchy head?

Seborrheic Dermatiti: Most likely you have seborrheic dermatitis. This is ususally treated with tar shampoos or shampoos with antifungal properties. Otc blue selsun type shampoos help this. Denorex type shampoos help. Sometimes steroid foams may be needed in difficult cases. If severe or can't control, see your pcp for a prescription formulaiton or see dermatologist. Don't be a flake, get treated!

New soap?: If you have started using a new soap, shampoo, hair spray, perfume or lotion, etc., that could be causing irritation. If that does not explain it and stopping it then cures your itching, see a doc.

Itchy lumps on head without injury. One has tiny white bump and the other does not but hurts very bad. What is this?

Itchy lumps on head without injury. One has tiny white bump and the other does not but hurts very bad. What is this?

Hard to say: Without actually looking at the rash. Since the bumps are itchy, they may be insect bites of some type, but since one hurts, infection must be ruled out. See you doctor for an evaluation.

Why do I continue to have dandruff. My scalp is itchy and white flakes. And my head feels like I hit it and hurts but I didn't.

Why do I continue to have dandruff. My scalp is itchy and white flakes. And my head feels like I hit it and hurts but I didn't.

Depends: You may have a more significant case of seborrheic dermatitis, which could be driving the "dandruff" that you notice. Be aware, it could even be psoriasis of the scalp too! . The pain is a bit worrisome for some type of inflammation of the scalp as seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis aren't usually painful unless and infection is complicating things. Please seek help from your doctor. Good luck

Green head fly bite area is getting larger over the last 2 hours and is red hot and itchy. When should I be concerned and request treatment?

Green head fly bite area is getting larger over the last 2 hours and is red hot and itchy. When should I be concerned and request treatment?

Deer fly: That sounds like a deer fly bite -which can be painful. They can cause allergic reactions - and depending on your history of allergy you may need to be exceptionally careful. If it's not getting better, then you need to get evaluated. Warning signs would be feeling lightheaded, breathing problems, the development of hives, nausea/vomiting, rapid heart rate etc. Try some ice and maybe Benadryl (diphenhydramine) now

Here are some. ..: The described whitish spot is most likely benign; so, continue your careful watching as described, but not over-bearing and obsessed. The key points of watching is its size, color, local induration, edge elevation, bleeding, etc. Should something be done with it? No, at this time and reviewing this spot in 4-6 months would be adequate.
