See a doctor: They sound like hives/urticaria. Unfortunately sometimes we can't find a cause. Possibly your body reacts to heat/moisture as if it is allergic. Tough question: Because wine & beer don't share common ingredients other than alcohol & you tolerate other alcoholic beverages. You might have 2 allergies - hops & something else in wine. Try michelob - supposedly made with rice hops. Is there a pattern to your wine hives - grape variety, region of origin, etc. Or be the designated driver.
