No: Sulfa in Bactrim is entirely different from sulfate which is rather inert. Muscle spasm may result from albuterol especially when used above the recommended dose or frequency but would not account for the itchy bumps. I suspect that your problem is likely from a viral infection but do consult your doctor if the problem gets worse or persists for more than a few days. ...Read more

Allergic reaction: Either from an insect bite or from the food that you ate. Did you use any Bug Repellent spray? Rx Benadryl or Claritin like drug. Cyst: It is probably a seborrheic (coming from oil glands) or epidermal inclusion cyst, both benign lesions. It is probably itchy because of surrounding dry skin. It doesn't sound like the worrisome things: cancer/infection. Both of these would likely have open or irregular surfaces, be draining, or be darkly pigmented.
