There are medications to help with this but first you must see your OB. Certain liver problems need to be eliminated as a cause, then you can be sure that simple medication will not be masking a more serious problems. Topical medications may be usefull.

See a dermatologist: Warts generally don't itch, or have a clear liquid in them. This is something else. Acute fungal (tinea) skin infections can present this way, but don't occur real often on the hands (although it is possible). I suppose you could try an athlete's foot cream such as lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra, but if it doesn't get better within a week, it's not fungal and you should to see a doctor. ...Read more

Hard to know: Is there a rash? Does it usually worsen during the summer? Can you describe the allergies? In general, seasonal or food allergies do not cause isolated cutaneous symptoms on the hands and feet. A metabolic, toxic or nutritional neuropathy can cause hands/feet burning without rash.
