I have these pimple like dots on my chest all over and they seem to be itchy now and it might be increasing in location now are they rashes?

Occasional tingling sensation in pubic area (like something is crawling around down there), occasional pink spots/rashes? In pubic area. Redness in groin crease. A few pimples in the area (not painful or itchy) urine does appear darker in color at times.

You could but..: a better choice might be diphenhydramine (Benadryl) but the cetirizine is less likely to make you drowsy so you can start with that and if it doesn't work try the diphenhydramine.
