Finger: If at joint may be synovial cyst- lining joint has been pinched and produces nodule containing synovial fluid. Often appear with clear top and it's tempting to pop it. Can not tell w/o actual picture of lesion. Best leave alone. Many possibilities but more info needed. ...Read more
